Seokbong Ceramic Museum is a place where beautiful and diverse collection of pottery works from domestic and foreign famous ceramic artists are exhibited.
Many people enjoy the experience hall because you can enjoy making pottery with your own two hands.
Ordinary people find it hard to get access to pottery easily.

When you visit, you learn how to make your own pottery by using celadon clay. They bake the pottery in a kiln and even deliver it to your home.

Korea has long been famous for its ceramics techniques due to its colors and fluency. The Goryeo Sanggam Cheongja and Joseon white porcelain were regarded as treasures to the neighboring countries during the time.

Japan took Korean ceramic balls to learn the Korean ceramics skills and techniques, and in European countries, the manufacturing technique of ceramics was so popular that the value of one Joseon’s pottery was equivalent to that off a house.
On the first floor of the Seokbong Ceramic Museum is a historical museum that displays from Silla pottery to Joseon white porcelain.
There is a history of ceramics, a visual interpretation room that gives a view of the world of artists ’ works, and a museum that reproduces the process of making ancient pottery.
On the second floor, there are ten major mural. Sagyegwan Exhibition Hall, which displays masterpieces that will remain in ceramics such as the Four Seasons and Daemyung,

There is also a International Hall, which displays comparative works of famous artists from home and abroad.
