Hamheung Cold Noodle is a dish that is eaten with red pepper marinade, various garnish, and sashimi on the noodles made with starch powder.

It is called the sashimi cold noodle, however, in the Hamheung region, as there abundant catches of flat fish, it was named raw flat fish salad.

When it came down to the south, raw stingray and raw pollack were added on top.
