① Community Lounge

This is a community lounge that is reserved for foreigners with facilities such as tourist information and luggage storage.
Any foreigner who visits the market can relax and have snacks, drinks, and other refreshments in the lounge for free.
In addition, baggage storage services for goods or bags purchased from the market, reservations for sightseeing, transportation, and accommodations. SIM card and communication device rental services are also available.

On one side of the lounge, foreigners can wear Korean traditional costumes, Hanbok, and take picture.
The convenience is added by the installation of a tax refund machine, which enables immediate tax refund.

② Docent Tour

Docent tour is dedicated to foreigners who can tour the traditional cultural resources of Namdaemun Market at once.
A professional tourist guide (docent) will accompany foreign tourists and guide you to the Namdaemun Market as well as surrounding tourist attractions.

Experience traditional culture and history. It is divided into two courses, morning and afternoon.
