A stream that is 5.84 kilometers long
Cheonggyecheon is a stream that stretches 5.84 kilometers in length and has 22 bridges across the north of downtown Seoul. After two years and three months of restoration work, it opened its water course in 2005.
At the start of the restoration, Cheonggye Square was built and a miniature Cheonggyecheon Stream is installed so you can see the entire stream at a glance.

There are 55 access roads in the stream and 12 fountains are pumping out water.
The water in the Cheonggyecheon stream is clear and there are fishes such as minnows and carp. You can enjoy walking trails and trails, it serves as a park in the city center.

Cheonggyecheon is designated as a car-free street during holidays so people can freely walk around or take a rest.
Candle fountain with tri-colored lighting, and there are many sights to see, including a two-stage waterfall that falls down 4 meters to create a magnificent view.
