Steamed snow crab is steamed up with its entire stomach in an upper-bottomed steamer where it is full of stuffing during the winter months. It is full of flavor and aroma, so it is usually steamed in the fish market during winter. The red snow crab lives mainly in the depths of 400 ~ 2,300m in the East Sea.
